In Tirana County, a meeting was held with farmers and representatives of agribusinesses to discuss the Soft Loan Scheme with Sovereign Guarantee.
Together with representatives from second-tier banks, participants were briefed on the application procedures and the steps to benefit from this financing opportunity, which offers:
Interest rate of only 2%
70% collateral coverage
Up to 25 million ALL per applicant
Applications are accepted at second-tier banks until November 20, 2025.
ARDA, as an institution accredited for the administration of funds from the EU, is focused on the development of a sustainable Agriculture and the diversification of the Rural economy, through grants obtained from the State Budget, the European Union, the World Bank and the Swedish Government.
