The AFCOS annual conference, held in Brussels, is organized with the participation of the European Union member countries. Upon invitation from the European Commission, ARDA (Agency for Agriculture and Rural Development) participated as an implementing institution of the IPARD program, co-financed by the EU budget and the Albanian government. Representatives from monitoring and legality structures for the implementation of EU programs also took part. The common goal of strengthening capacities, structures, and controls aims to ensure effective management of the funds. The exchange of experiences on national digitalization strategy and reporting irregularities is the mission towards a shared European path.
