Continuing with intensive preparations for the accreditation of IPARD III Program, today, at the online meeting organized by DG Agri (Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development) within the European Commission, with the participation of IPARD implementing countries, ARDA presented the achievements and anticipated changes for the IPARD III Program. The meeting congratulated the progress made in the implementation of IPARD II
Program, where ARDA has made rapid and satisfactory steps in absorbing and disbursing funds according to the Program’s forecasts.
Furthermore, the creation of an online application system for IPARD III Program, as a novelty offering convenience for applicants, enhances transparency, and avoids administrative barriers. The same achievements were also confirmed in the Progress Report for Albania, published by the European Commission for the period September 2021 – September 2022, highlighting the work done in one year for agriculture and rural development, especially in increasing and developing capacities for the approval of IPARD III Program and the successful implementation of IPARD II Program.
