After the success of the first two calls, with a surge in applications and a plethora of benefits like never before, the third call of the IPARD Program has been launched, starting the information campaign from November 10th to December 10th, with the application process set to begin on December 10th and last until January 25th, 2021. The head of ARDA, Frida Krifca, announced the opening of applications, as well as the budget allocated for this call.
“We have published today the preliminary announcement for the opening of the third call of the IPARD program. Applications will start on December 10th and will last until January 25th, 2021. The budget available for this call is 29.1 million EURO. The sectors that will be supported in the first measure are vineyards, fruits-vegetables, meat, and milk, while we will also open the third measure, investments in agro-processing, only for the fruit and vegetable sector. Detailed information is available on the ARDA website, ARDA.gov.al, where the guidelines for applicants and the annex are attached, including the application form,” said the Director of ARDA, Frida Krifca.
Krifca mentioned that there will be a month of information for all interested farmers, during which meetings will be held in 12 regions of the country, providing farmers with detailed procedures from start to finish, with the help of specialists in Agropika (rural centers) throughout the process, as well as the application conditions.
“Until December 10th, we will be in the field to inform farmers in 12 regions. We will follow an intensive campaign and through Agropika in 20 locations across Albania. I wish you successful applications,” added the Head of ARDA, Frida Krifca.
The application conditions are the same as in the first two calls, starting from land ownership documents to the accuracy of documentation and how it should be prepared. Considering the situation with Covid-19, all applications can also be submitted by registered mail to minimize movement and the risk of the pandemic situation.
