The third IPARD implementation workshop, March 29-30, 2022, Novi Sad, Serbia.
The third IPARD implementation workshop is jointly organized by the Permanent Working Group for Regional Rural Development in Southeast Europe (SWG) in cooperation with the European Commission, Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development (AGRI), and supported by GIZ.
This meeting is a continuation of previous real and virtual seminars on IPARD implementation. The objective is to exchange successful practices among IPARD countries with the aim of improving the implementation of IPARD-II and optimizing preparations for IPARD-III.
It gathered around 50 representatives from IPARD implementing structures – Managing Authorities and IPARD Agencies from Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Turkey, as well as representatives from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo as observers.
This designation is without prejudice to positions on status and is in line with United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244 and the International Court of Justice Opinion on the Declaration of Independence of Kosovo.
