In Berat, meetings with farmers and agribusinesses continued as part of the promotion of the Soft Loan with Sovereign Guarantee scheme. In cooperation with representatives of second-level banks, participants were introduced to the application procedures and practical guidance on how to access this financing instrument.
The scheme supports investments in sectors important for rural development, including agriculture and livestock, agro-processing, agricultural mechanization, rural tourism, and marine aquaculture.
The loan is offered under favorable conditions:
– Fixed interest rate of 2%
– Collateral coverage of up to 70%
– Applications continue to be accepted through second-level banks nationwide.
