The General Director of the Agricultural and Rural Development Agency (ARDA), Ms. Ardita Kuçi, participated in the 58th Conference of Directors of European Union Paying Agencies, held in Copenhagen, Denmark, from 19–21 November 2025.
The conference sessions focused on several key themes, including:
• The use of artificial intelligence in the administration of support schemes;
• Administrative simplification and improved institutional efficiency;
• Modernization of processes and advancing the green transition in the agricultural sector.
During the conference, a cooperation agreement was also signed between ARDA and the Polish Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (ARMA). The two agencies will work closely to strengthen system preparedness, institutional structures, and staff knowledge and skills for the effective use of EAFRD and EAGF funds, as well as for the implementation of CAP mechanisms and the EU acquis communautaire.
Participation in this conference further enhances cooperation and exchange of experience with European counterpart agencies and contributes to the continuous improvement of the services that ARDA provides to farmers across the country.
