Elbasan, Korçë | A meeting with farmers and agribusinesses was held to discuss the Soft Loan with Sovereign Guarantee.
Together with representatives from second level banks, we discussed application procedures and practical guidelines for benefiting from this financial opportunity, which supports investments in:
Agriculture and livestock, agro-processing, agricultural mechanization, rural tourism, and marine aquaculture.
The Soft Loan with Sovereign Guarantee is available through second-level banks, offering:
• Interest rate of only 2%
• 70% collateral coverage
• Up to 25 million ALL per beneficiary
Applications remain open until November 20, 2025.
