In Dibër County, a meeting was held with farmers and agribusiness representatives, focusing on the main aspects of the Soft Loan Scheme with Sovereign Guarantee.
During discussions with second-tier bank representatives, the application procedures and the facilitative conditions of this financing scheme were explained:
Interest rate of only 2%
70% collateral coverage
Up to 25 million ALL per applicant
Applications can be submitted at second-tier banks until November 20, 2025.
