The 21-day journey of the European Union across Albania started from Tropoja, amidst the breathtaking nature of the north and the fantastic products of the region. The diversity of this caravan includes the participation of the Agency for Agriculture and Rural Development, which is there to provide knowledge about European agriculture projects that have been implemented and will be implemented in our country.
In Tropoja, the residents got to know Ardian Citozi, one of the many beneficiaries of the IPARD II Program, who shared his experience in agriculture with the participants. Ardian is one of the largest collectors of mushrooms and chestnuts in Tropoja and plays a significant role in providing employment for the area, serving over 6,000 residents. He also exports Albanian products to the European market.
