The Agency for Agricultural and Rural Development (AZHBR) organized a technical meeting with farmers from the Kukës region to provide detailed information about the 2025 National Investment Scheme. The aim was to ensure that each applicant has a clear understanding of the procedures and opportunities offered by the nine support measures of this scheme.
Farmers were guided step by step through the required documentation, the application process, and the benefits guaranteed by the financial support, ensuring that every investment is accompanied by secured assistance.
Through a 50% grant from the scheme, combined with a Soft Loan at an interest rate of only 2% and a sovereign guarantee covering 70% of the collateral, full financing for the entire investment is secured.
Applications are open until September 30, 2025.
