Directory of Scheme Monitoring, Risk and Reporting
Directory of Scheme Monitoring, Risk and Reporting guarantees the implementation of European integration policies and agricultural and rural development programs, in order to realize national strategic objectives for achieving European standards, in support of farmers’ financing through Support Schemes, field monitoring of projects after financing, as well as risk management at institutional level, analysis and reporting on the technical-financial activity of Arda, in terms of management of public funds, or funds from various sources of funding in accordance with the manual of procedures.
The Directorate of Scheme Monitoring, Risk and Reporting has 1 (one) director and 3 (three) sectors, which enable the fulfillment of the above-mentioned tasks:
1. Sector of Risk and Reporting;
2. Sector of IPARD Investment Monitoring;
3. National Investment Monitoring Sector.
Sector of Risk and Reporting
The Risk and Reporting Sector consisting of 2 (two) Inspector and 1 (one) Responsible, is provided with the identification and assessment of risks at the holistic level and at the objective level, the drafting of strategic, operational objectives in each functional unit of Arda in function of risk management, in accordance with the manual of procedures.
Sector of IPARD Investment Monitoring
The IPARD Investment Monitoring Sector, consisting of 4 (four) Inspector and 1 (one) Responsible, focuses on the field monitoring of applications of support schemes from the IPARD Programme and reflecting the reality of the investment from the field findings, analyzing the data presented in the control report compiled by the inspectors with the data obtained from the on-site control.
National Investment Monitoring Sector
The National Investment Monitoring Sector consisting of 2 (two) Inspector and 1 (one) Responsible, is provided on-site monitoring of the work of inspectors for the applications of Support Schemes from the National Agricultural Support Program and reflection of the reality of the investment from the field findings as well as that the field monitoring control working groups conduct the monitoring process with quality and effectiveness
