The Agency for Agricultural and Rural Development held a technical meeting with farmers from the Dibër region, providing a step-by-step orientation on the required documentation, application procedures, and the benefits offered by the nine support measures of the 2025 National Investment Scheme.
By combining a 50% grant from the scheme with a Soft Loan at an interest rate of only 2% and a sovereign guarantee covering 70% of the collateral, farmers have the opportunity to secure full financing for their investment projects.
Applications are open until September 30, 2025.
