The General Director of ARDA, Ms. Ardita Kuçi, together with members of the staff, took part in the second Community Exchange Conference (ICE) organized by the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre, in cooperation with DG AGRI and the French Agency for Services and Payments.
This conference serves as a platform to share experiences, best practices, and challenges in implementing IACS, a key instrument for achieving the objectives of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). Participants discussed innovative solutions that simplify procedures for farmers, improve the quality of CAP implementation, and presented the latest developments from scientific research and the private sector.
ARDA’s participation highlights its commitment to following European best practices and translating them into concrete support for farmers in Albania.
