Directory of Database and Market Research
Guarantees the implementation of European integration policies with agricultural and rural development programs, in order to achieve strategic objectives for achieving national standards in support of the financing of potential beneficiaries, in accordance with the legislation in force for agriculture and rural development, through the administration of state budget funds and foreign donors.
1. Provides monitoring and control of the implementation of the established procedures for market research, determination of reference prices for investments in the IPARD Program, their registration in the database in monitoring the maintenance of the RPDB System.
2. Identifies the risks related to the work of the directorate and establishes the internal control system for carrying out the work effectively. Provides counselling for subordinates to perform duties in accordance with the job description by providing discipline at work.
3. Ensures that the staff of the Directorate has information, appropriate training and access to advice on various issues, and determines their training and professional development needs.
4. Provides service as a member of the Arda management team to ensure coordination and cooperation with other directorates within the institution.
The Directorate of Database and Market Research consists of 1 (one) director and 2 (two) sectors.

Sector of Registers and Statistics
Sector of Registers and Statistics composed of 4 (four) Inspectors and 1 (one) Responsible who controls the implementation of procedures for market research, the preparation of “Technical Specifications” and contributes to the preparation of possible changes in the manual of procedures of the Directorate.
Market Research Sector
Market Research Division composed of 2 (two) Inspectors and 1 (one) Head who controls the implementation of procedures for registration, storage and updating in the RPDB System, and contributes to the preparation of possible changes in the manual of procedures of the Directorate.
