Koplik, Malësia e Madhe – Agim Xhafa is a returning emigrant who chose to invest in his hometown. Since 2010, he has built and developed Kështjella Xhafa Agrotourism, bringing to the business the experience he gained during his years abroad. The growing number of visitors and the area’s tourism potential have encouraged Agim to expand the activity by constructing new accommodation facilities. To carry out this investment, he applied and signed a contract with ARDA, under the 2025 National Investment Scheme. The investment aims to increase accommodation capacity and further contribute to the development of agrotourism in the area.
